The 25th Emergency Management Conference will be held from Tuesday 29th to Wednesday 30th July 2025 at the Pullman, Melbourne Albert Park.
Bringing together 400+ emergency management professionals, subject matter experts and volunteers over two days, EMC is the premier annual EM event in Victoria.
The conference offers insight, reflection, understanding and motivation across a wide range of topics and emergency management incidents.

The trade exhibition from Tuesday 29 to Wednesday 30 July 2025, will form an integral part of the conference.
The exhibition area will provide an engaging central hub for the event and has been designed to facilitate interaction between delegates and exhibitors.
Morning and afternoon teas will be served in the exhibition area. The lunch periods will also include time for exhibition viewing.
As an exhibitor you will receive acknowledgement on the conference website and the mobile program.
Should your display or exhibit have individual space or layout requirements, we would be happy to discuss your specific needs.

Natural Hazards Research Australia
The Centre was funded for 10 years by the Australian Government on 1 July 2021 as a collaborative research organisation, to address the major challenges arising from natural hazards, including bushfires, floods, cyclones, heatwaves, storms and other hazards. The aim is to deliver usable research and knowledge that creates safer and more resilient communities.
The Centre works in the broad emergency management and disaster resilience sector with partners in all states and territories, federal, state and local governments, key industry bodies, the private and not-for-profit sectors, research and other organisations with a stake in protecting Australian communities.

In addition to his job as Victoria’s independent Inspector-General, Tony Pearce also holds the voluntary role of Chair of the Emergency Services Foundation.
On 30 September 2022, he’ll leave the State Control Centre in East Melbourne taking the first step of Tony’s Trek to support and raise awareness of ESF’s work in frontline and support roles.
