The Emergency Services Foundation continues its important work to protect all workers in the EM sector, and has launched six pilots in its Residential Wellbeing Program. A special panel of participants in the pilots will share their experiences and reflect upon the great value of this unique ESF initiative at EMC 2024.
Snr Sgt Greg Dean from Victoria Police participated in the first pilot.
“It has been pivotal for me as an individual, a husband, a dad and a manager to attend this pilot. I see this as a huge game changer or first responders and their families moving forward”, he said.
